    Disappointed

    I recently purchased the 4k Amazon firestick 3rd gen from Evogames . The product works great for all the other streaming applications in South Africa , except for DisneyPlus . Which was the main reason for my purchase . It shows that the application isn’t compatible / unavailable in South Africa . After multiple calls to Evo games , I spoke to a man at the branch who I believe is in tech support who promised to call me back which has never happened. On my final attempt to resolve the issue I called and was given an email address to forward my issue to - the email does not exist . If you’re interested in making a purchase with the hopes of having a product that works as advertised I wouldn’t recommend. Customer support is terrible, please improve.
